You can reserve equipment by calling us, email or visiting our website adding your items to the cart and sending. You will not be charged until we confirm your items are in stock and we will send you the payment link. We will not take any credit card details before this point.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. 25% deposit is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due when you receive your rental delivery.
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before your rental period. Contact us to make changes.

Yes, 50$ is our minimum rental fee.
Our delivery and pick up hours are from 9.00am until 7.00pm 7 days a week. Any times outside of these hours will occur additional charges
Any items cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the delivery time will not receive a refund.
We give an optional damage waiver for 10% if you choose not to accept this, if any damage is occured we charge the price of repair. Missing items are charged at the price of the item, plus 10% fee.
Any item not returned within the time of the rental agreement will continue to accure rental fees until the merchandise is returned.
No, we organise free delivery on all our items to give our customers an excellent unrivaled service.
No, it is necessary to organise access to the event location, however you do not need to be present. We do offer a phone service during the delivery and pick up times to assist both the client and our drivers.
Yes, the drivers will set up all equipment.
